JARING E-MAIL

Newbie Here...

Until Now, I still dont know my email address from jaring.
I called the tech support, and the gave me 015....@jaring.com
I thought i will recieve myname@jaring.com.my, but instead, they gave me that one.

My Question is... How can you get it? "myname@jaring.com.my"?
If I got it, Can I set-up my Microsoft Office Outlook? How?
